I hold a master’s in journalism and public affairs from American University (2020), master’s in criminal justice from Northeastern University (2009), bachelor’s in psychology from University of Rhode Island (2007) and certificate in paralegal studies from Boston University (2011)

I wore many hats in my life prior to becoming a journalist: criminal justice researcher, legal administrator, and a real estate agent, just to name a few!
